Beautiful vintage Wedgwood blue Jasperware vase featuring crisp white applied classical decoration against the iconic matte blue ground.
The design is especially lovely, with classical female figures, including a woman playing a lyre, surrounded by elaborate grapevine swags. A wonderfully detailed lion-mask ornament with a suspended ring accents the upper portion.
Marked on the underside WEDGWOOD – MADE IN ENGLAND.

Condition READ‼️‼️
Vintage condition with age-related wear. There is some discoloration/staining to the interior, most likely from previous use with flowers, along with areas of minor yellowing/discoloration to portions of the white applied decoration, shown in the photographs. Light surface wear consistent with age and use. Please review all photographs closely as they form an important part of the condition description.
Despite these signs of age, this remains a beautiful display piece with wonderfully detailed classical relief work.
