Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on FULL PRICE items only. Sale-priced items and items purchased through our offer system are not returnable or exchangeable. These purchases are FINAL SALE. Approved returns of eligible FULL PRICE items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and must insure the return for the item’s full value. Please contact us and receive approval before sending anything back.

Please reach out to us immediately upon receipt of your order, should you wish to return an item. All returns must be made exactly as they were sent to you in the original packaging, as the item was delivered. 

Orders of $200 or more require a signature at delivery. This measure helps protect against porch piracy and lost or mis-delivered packages!

Orders refused at delivery, or returned due to missing signature requirements or failure to collect from the carrier, will be subject to return postage and a 15% restocking fee. While shipping is offered complimentary, the original outbound shipping cost is included in the item price and is non-refundable!

This is especially important for fragile items. Please always reach out to us with your concerns.

PLEASE ensure your item is fully INSURED when sending it back!

After all we do want you to love your vintage and antique as much as we do. 

Please send approved returns by USPS only. This return address is a USPS PO Box, and UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box. Email us the tracking number at mymarialva@gmail.com after shipping.
