Refund policy

We accept returns up to 14 days. Please reach out to us immediately upon receipt of your order, should you wish to return an item. All returns must be made exactly as they were sent to you in the original packaging, as the item was delivered. 

Orders of $200 or more require a signature at delivery. This measure helps protect against porch piracy and lost or mis-delivered packages!

Orders refused at delivery, or returned due to missing signature requirements or failure to collect from the carrier, will be subject to return postage and a 15% restocking fee. While shipping is offered complimentary, the original outbound shipping cost is included in the item price and is non-refundable!

This is especially important for fragile items. Please always reach out to us with your concerns.

PLEASE ensure your item is fully INSURED when sending it back!
