Shipping policy

All orders totalling $35 or more ship free and are shipped within 4 business days or faster depending on order volumes. Shipping is handled in a timely manner and with the utmost care. We reserve the right to change the carrier or shipping method as and when needed. 

For orders totaling $200 or more a signature is required upon delivery. This requirement is in place to protect our customers from package theft and to ensure safe and secure arrival of high-value purchases.

If a package requiring a signature is refused at delivery or returned due to missed delivery attempts or failure to collect from the carrier, the order will be subject to return postage and a 15% restocking fee. Complimentary shipping is included in the item price and is non-refundable.

If you require faster shipping, please reach out to us. Of course we are able to upgrade shipping to priority for a fee for you.
