Absolutely stunning vintage signed STAR brooch and clip-on earring set, made in Austria, sparkling with an impressive combination of Aurora Borealis and warm champagne-toned rhinestones set in rich goldtone metal.
The brooch features an openwork oval design centered by a large marquise-cut AB rhinestone, surrounded by round faceted stones in varying sizes. The matching clip-on earrings repeat the same glamorous combination of AB and champagne rhinestones. The stones catch the light beautifully, shifting through flashes of pink, blue, gold and green.
Both earrings are signed STAR, and the brooch is marked AUSTRIA as well as STAR.. A fabulous example of mid-century Austrian rhinestone costume jewelry and a wonderful demi-parure for the vintage jewelry collector.

Earrings approximately 0.75”.
