Beautiful pair of vintage 1950s silverplate presentation salvers featuring elegant shaped, scalloped borders, raised rims and footed construction. Both pieces are engraved with a shield-style FORE S F golf crest with crossed golf clubs, along with period presentation inscriptions.
One salver is engraved “J. McM. Brown – Consolation Div.” and dated Feb. 23–26, 1954. The companion salver bears a related personalized engraving and the same golf crest. Together they make a wonderful piece of mid-century golf memorabilia, as well as handsome vintage silver serving pieces for a bar, dining room or traditional Old Money-style interior.

Condition
Vintage pre-owned condition with surface scratches, utensil marks, scuffs and other signs of age and previous use, particularly across the centers.
