Striking vintage Lapponia of Finland sterling silver ring featuring a bold sculptural Modernist design. The substantial raised top is formed with sweeping, folded architectural shapes contrasted by softly textured and polished surfaces—a wonderful example of the organic Scandinavian Modern aesthetic for which Finnish jewelry became internationally celebrated.
The interior bears multiple hallmarks, including 925 for sterling silver and additional Finnish/Lapponia marks. The smaller marks are worn and difficult to decipher, so I have not attributed this ring to a specific Lapponia designer.

Condition
Very good vintage condition with age-appropriate surface wear, light scratches and patina consistent with previously worn sterling silver. Hallmarks show wear and are partially difficult to read. Please review all photographs closely as they form an important part of the description.
