A beautiful vintage jewelry box with a deep green textured exterior and ornate gold scrollwork decorating the lid. The interior features a pink satin-lined lid with small gold motifs, pink velvet storage, and two clever compartmented trays that swing outward automatically as the box is opened. Beneath the trays is a spacious lower compartment for additional jewelry storage.
Measurements
Jewelry box: Approximately 10.25” × 7” × 3.5”.
Each interior swing tray: Approximately 4.5” × 4”.
Condition
Preowned vintage condition with age-related wear throughout. The exterior shows scuffs, scratches, small marks, edge wear, and wear to the gold decoration. The underside has considerable surface wear and several scratches. The pink satin lining has pulls, creasing, marks, and discoloration. The velvet shows impressions, fading, and areas of discoloration from previous use. The metal hardware has surface wear and patina. No key is included, and the lock functions well without a key.
The two swing-out trays operate when the lid opens. Please review all photographs carefully for condition.
