Beautiful vintage damascene-style pendant necklace featuring an intricate bird and floral motif in warm yellow gold and green gold tones against a dramatic black ground.
The trapezoid-shaped pendant is decorated with a graceful bird surrounded by stylized flowers, leaves and scrolling botanical details. The contrast of the metallic decoration against the dark background gives the piece a striking appearance reminiscent of traditional damascene jewelry.
The reverse has a finely textured linear finish. Paired with an approximately 1mm gold-filled chain, this is an especially pretty statement pendant that remains very wearable.
