A highly ornate four-piece tea and coffee service by Barker Brothers of Birmingham, England. This Victorian style silverplate set includes a coffee pot, teapot, creamer, and sugar bowl. Raised floral decoration, roses, faces, and eagle finials give the set a wonderfully dramatic look.
The pieces are marked EP · clover and stars · BM and Made in England. EPBM denotes electroplated Britannia metal. “Victorian style” describes the design; the set’s production date has not been confirmed.
