A beautifully ornate vintage WM Rogers silverplate round serving tray or charger, richly decorated with an elaborate raised and engraved pattern of shells, flowers, scrolling foliage and Rococo-style flourishes. A substantial twisted rope-edge border frames the design and gives the tray a wonderful traditional silver-service look.
The undecorated center provides a lovely contrast to the intricate surrounding pattern and makes this a versatile piece for serving or display.

Vintage pre-owned condition with visible surface scratches, scuffs, polishing marks and general wear consistent with age and use. There is some patina and variation to the silverplate finish, particularly around the raised and recessed decoration. The ornate pattern remains crisp and highly decorative. Please review all photographs closely as they form an important part of the condition description.
Styling
Perfect as a small serving tray, cocktail tray, charger, vanity tray, candle tray, centerpiece base, or barware display. The elaborate pattern and rope border make it especially attractive mixed with antique silver for a layered Old Money-style table or bar.
