A vintage silverplate covered casserole server by The Sheffield Silver Company, complete with its removable Pyrex glass insert. The rounded server features decorative pierced handles, a domed lid and a textured pinecone finial. The Pyrex insert is marked for oven and microwave use.
Measurements:
Approximately 9” in diameter
Approximately 7” high with lid
Approximately 3.25” high without lid and with the Pyrex insert in place
Pyrex insert: approximately 8.25” in diameter × 3” high
Condition:
Vintage condition with surface scratches, scuffs, small dark spots, tarnish and age-related finish wear. The Pyrex insert shows light pre-owned wear. Please examine all photographs carefully for the complete condition.
