Description
A spectacular antique Limoges porcelain vanity or dresser tray by Wm. Guerin & Co., France, richly decorated in a deep cobalt blue glaze with elaborate gold detailing.
The center features a beautifully rendered portrait medallion of an elegant woman with flowers woven through her hair, giving the piece a wonderfully romantic Belle Époque feel. The shaped border is finished with delicate gilt ornamentation, while the dramatic pierced handles are heavily accented in gold.
The underside bears the Limoges France / Wm. Guerin & Co. Limoges France maker’s mark.
A substantial and exceptionally decorative piece—beautiful displayed on a vanity or dresser for jewelry and perfume bottles, or simply placed on a stand as decorative porcelain.

Condition
