Vintage Cloisonné Enamel Brush Pen Holder

This vintage cloisonné enamel brush and pen holder features a rich cobalt blue ground adorned with multicolored floral motifs, each carefully outlined in fine metal wire in the traditional cloisonné technique. The design incorporates stylized blossoms and foliage in tones of red, pink, yellow, green, and white, finished with a gilt rim and base that frame the piece beautifully.
Brush holders of this form were traditionally used on vanities or writing desks to hold small brushes, pens, or similar implements. Today, it serves equally well as a decorative accent, valued for its jewel-like color palette, craftsmanship, and compact scale.
