These exceptional custom drapery panels are the kind of pieces rarely found outside of well-appointed historic homes. Featuring a delicate bird and floral motif on a soft sky ground, they bring instant English country house charm to any interior.
Based on the pattern, scale, and colorway, the fabric is believed to be Schumacher’s Chickadee Floral in the “Sky” colorway. No selvage is present, so this attribution is not verified, but the design is a very close visual match to the well-known Schumacher pattern.
Each panel is fully wool lined, beautifully tailored, and heavily weighted at the hem, allowing them to drape with a richness and elegance that modern ready-made curtains simply cannot replicate. The craftsmanship here is unmistakably custom.

Condition
Very good overall condition. The decorative piping along one side on each panel on the inner edge shows gentle fading, consistent with age and use, and adds to the authentic, lived-in character of these drapes. No major flaws noted otherwise.
