Marvella was a costume jewelry company founded in 1911 by the Weinrich brothers in Philadelphia, initially named Weinrich Bros. Co.. They specialized in high-quality faux pearls and expanded to other materials like glass and rhinestones. Over time, the company evolved, becoming Marvella Pearls, Inc. around 1950 and then Marvella, Inc. around 1965. The company was known for its craftsmanship and attention to detail, using various trademarks incorporating the Marvella name. Marvella was eventually acquired by Trifari in 1982
