Description:
A charming and collectible vintage Avon pendant bottle necklace, styled to resemble an antique pocket watch. The front features ornate scrollwork with white enamel Roman numeral markers, imitating a classic watch face. The reverse side displays raised floral and scroll designs.
The pendant opens to reveal a glass insert (currently empty), originally designed as a novelty vanity piece. It suspends from its original long 32” goldtone chain, making it ideal for layering or as a bold standalone statement necklace.

Collectors Note:
Avon created a range of novelty vanity necklaces in the mid-20th century, often in the form of faux watches and lockets. This example—with its Roman numeral enamel face and hidden glass bottle—is especially desirable among collectors of Avon jewelry and vintage vanity pieces.
