Hilliard & Thomason - Silvermakers (1840-1906). John Hillliard founded his business in 1837 and in 1840 was joined by John Thomason and traded as Hilliard & Thomason. They were makers of snuff boxes, vinaigrettes and wine labels. They also produced table-ware and other decorative items.
