A beautiful pair of antique silver plate grape shears, measuring approximately 7” long by 3” wide. These elegant serving scissors feature intricate detailing of grapes, leaves, and vines along the handles, finished with a decorative medallion accent near the hinge.
Grape shears were an essential part of 19th and early 20th century dining etiquette, used for cutting small clusters of grapes from a larger bunch at the table. Today, they remain a charming and practical accessory for elegant entertaining—or a collector’s display of fine tableware.
