From a lifelong private collection of antique carnival glass, this richly colored Peacock and Fountain tumbler features deep cobalt blue glass with strong rainbow iridescence and beautifully molded peacock, fountain, and floral panels. The piece is unmarked. Any small numbers on the base are from the original owner for inventory reference only.
Measurements
Approximately 4 inches tall and about 2.75 inches in diameter.
Please see all photos for shape and scale.
Condition
Antique pre-loved condition with age-appropriate surface wear from many decades of use and display. There is one noticeable area of wear / loss to the iridescence on the rim, shown in the close-up photographs, which is stable and does not affect how the tumbler displays. This appears to be a color manufacturing mark.
No chips or cracks seen on inspection and the pattern remains crisp and detailed. Please review all photos carefully, as they are part of the description and will help you decide if this is the right piece for your collection.
Styling
A striking cabinet piece for any carnival glass or peacock-themed collection. Beautiful on its own on a silver tray, in a curio cabinet with other cobalt glass, or layered into an Old Money style bar or sideboard vignette. The rich color and detailed design give it that heirloom, “found in an old manor house” feeling.
📌 Please Note: Any stands, flowers, books, or other decorative items shown in the photos are for styling only and are not included with this listing.
We pack each piece with great care so it can be enjoyed for many more years to come. Whenever possible we reuse clean, sturdy packing materials, and our bubble wrap is made from partially recycled plastics. Please consider reusing or recycling your packaging when it arrives.
Questions are always welcome. I love chatting antiques and helping you build a collection that feels like an heirloom.
